- TMTriston McmahonSep 2, 20251.0Absolutely the worst bank possible the lady’s are disrespectful. Very rude not very welcoming to the customers. They laughed in my face because there was an issue with a customers check.
- RDRENA the DIVAApr 4, 20251.0This branch made me feel so unwelcomed. I came to open up an account and I had a Treasury check and they said it didnt process. I havent even signed the back of it and the lady on the left told me in a rude voice that “it doesnt matter”.Looking at me in disgust like I felt so segregated. I uploaded that check into my online bank account for mobile deposit and SIGNED THE BACK & it got approved. Also the lady told me it’s going to be an hr & a half wait to see someone and this other customer walks in and goes to see someone but I have to wait an hr and a half! I just wanna open up my account and continue on with my day. I will never come back to this branch, my fav branch is the one downtown but they short staff and i need an account today! Overall no stars if i could! I dont like this feeling and once i get my credit to where it need be. Im leaving this bank asap!

I keep having to request new debit cards because of hackers over the last 3 years! I used to never have these issues. It's so inconvenient. Received another alert someone tried using my card again. My husband has been with his bank 30 years, local credit union & he's never one time had any issues.
