- BSbilly smithApr 7, 20251.0Staff is great, but the bank franchise is garbage. Too much and too expensive fees. ATM withdrawal limitations can't be lifted, get mail notifications weeks later when important info needs to be immediately, no email notifications etc. won't help you with unauthoutized transactions, disabling sign in. It's all just too much a pain in the neck.
