She is thoughtful and dedicated to helping her customers. She even went out of her way to hand deliver financial documents to my father. She is an asset to Carter Bank & Trust.

She did advise to come in to get a card made, but the attitude and throwing her hands in the air outweighs that. All we did was press the call button because they weren’t open and my daughter needed to get cash so that we could get my grandson to Roanoke for an appointment. I’m glad the Stuart office employees don’t act like this.
