After waiting in this line for 30 minutes, the security guard came out and said they would not serve me at the window unless I started again at the back of the line because I jumped line. I explained what happened and they insisted that I had to wait another 30 minutes to be waited on by going to the back of the line. I said 'Hell No' and left to a bank that wasn't so incompetent, disrespectful and irrational.
