- CKClaire KingApr 7, 20201.0This is the worst branch. No one EVER answers the phone. They are extremely rude and never resolve issues, they only waste time and make matters worse. I would give them zero stars if possible. They set up our auto draft incorrectly and and it’s been months to resolve and it’s still not fixed. Good luck ever reaching anyone by phone, they just transfer you to the 1800 wellsfargo customer service number with out answering.
