  Excellent customer service every time we have visited. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Even when they’re busy, they respect your time enough to tell you directly instead of letting you wait around excessively. Out of several branches in the area, I usually go out of my way to come to this branch.

  I will never visit this Wells Fargo again. I went into the bank to deposit cash into a business account last month to pay my rent as i always do for the last year. i was informed at the counter that they no longer accept cash deposits. When I questioned it, they stated it was a new policy to deter crime. The male that was working the counter also turned around and asked his superior if they could take the cash and she looked me up and down and said no. To me, this means that they were accepting cash deposits based on people's looks. This is not okay whatsoever. Stick to your policy and don't judge people on the way they look if you think their money is dirty. I went to the Wells Fargo on Midlothian Turnpike this month and was informed that they ACTUALLY do take cash deposits for business accounts.

  My boyfriend and I are dealing with the Fraud wire transfer! We're bank with BOA and the fraud is bank with Wells Fargo. Walked into BOA the associate and the manager right away told us there is nothing they can help and told us to go call customer care. We were devastating and went to Wells Fargo, without hesitation right away Dennis Turley and Coty Heiser helped us and gave us a peace of mind even though we're not their customers! Best customer care I ever received! These two men are amazing!
