I also like the fact that they're so many locations, so there's no confusion when you go into other Banks and don't have certain ids. The only way to get better, is the reach out to more people and help educate the public to manage money effectively.

The teller was absolutely at a loss servicing another customer. I asked another representative to help and she categorically refused and said to go use the drive up. Won’t be using this branch in the future. Branch needs oversight from corporate .
