  DJ behind the counter is unhelpful and rude on the few occasions I actually have to come into the bank. I will go to a different location from now on.

  Today, I went to this branch with my mom to request a verification letter, and the person at the front desk refused to help me and didn't give it to me. They told me that I had to get it from their manager, who was in a meeting. I had to go to another Wells Fargo, where they told me that the verification letter could be issued by a banker. At this Wells Fargo, we were treated poorly. A man named DJ attended to us and was very rude, seemingly because we are Latinas. He didn't want to help us at all! How is it possible that I have to go from Wells Fargo to Wells Fargo just to get a verification letter? TERRIBLE customer service. If they don't know how to attend to customers or are annoyed by it, they simply shouldn't work in customer service. Customers are not to blame for their bad attitudes! TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS WELLS FARGO! Without a doubt, we want to close our accounts at this bank, but it's also a problem to get our money! They talk about being friendly, cheerful, and willing to help, but they don't help at all. They also claim to be open to everyone but were RACIST!! Knowing that most Wells Fargo customers are Latino, it's really shameful! If I could give zero stars, I would.

  If I could give negative stars I would. The banker is rude. Wells Fargo is horrible. They tie up your money and lock you out of your accounts and give you no way to unlock. You can call or go in, they won’t help. It’s always someone else that needs to do something.

  I love Wells Fargo. They are friendly, professional and personable. We used to be with BB&T and it was always one problem after another. Since we've had Wells Fargo there have been the normal small situations occasionally and I've always been able to get prompt help from a relationship banker. And it has always been resolved smoothly. Before with BB&T it was like I always had to jump through 10 hurdles to solve the simplest of problems. I'm so glad to have a bank that works with my busy life instead of one that creates more work for me to do.

  Why does the bank need my debit card to change a $20.00 bill into 4 $5.00 bills? Is this some sort of data mining? Why do the people behind the counter change each time I go into the bank?
