Overweight white girl with glasses, probably about 30 years old, dirty blonde hair. She’s horrible. I cried for an hour in the parking lot after an interaction with her where she was so horrible I couldn’t even believe it. She should be fired.

Before I was bringing my checks on the day they were dated and was told I wouldn't have access to my money til the day after, so i started cashing them and putting it into my account myself... such a waste of my time. Then they started accepting it and depositing it. I would bring my check a day early too because I have automatic drafts on fridays and need the money in my account at midnight. I would tell them not to let me have access til the next day. Well today, I was told I could no longer do that. It is what it is, but it's always something. I will probably be changing banks soon.
