- GHGeorge HenryMar 20, 20255.0This Truist was so helpful to me. I had a safety deposit box at another location that was drilled and the contents sent to escheatment. I tried to negotiate the process myself to pay the fees associated and recover my box's contents, but I got nowhere. I tried to enlist the branch who had the safety deposit box, to no avail. I came to this location as they had been more helpful in general in the past. Thank goodness I did! It was a long process but I had persistent work by one of the tellers ( I think Maria) to get things going. Then I had more assistance and diligence from Ray. After several phone call updates from Ray, this 1 year process was finally complete. I really appreciate their staff going above and beyond for me.
