- JWJustin WestbrookAug 21, 20251.0Worst decision of the past two years of my life was to try out the bank one block away from my new shop. These crooks are the new Wells Fargo. The manager came to my business and sold me 4 accounts and setup my accounts online. One of the accounts he did a 12,000 balance transfer but never added the account to my screen and then got my mailing address wrong. My credit is RUINED now because I was 2 months late on an account I didn’t even know existed… and we are talking about a $200 per month payment - less then I spend when going out to eat!!! He even admitted the address was wrong and his superiors wouldn’t do a thing but write a letter. And get this- they eliminated my 0% because I was late due to their error. If you are seeing this and have a similar story please reach out. Their behavior seems RIPE for class action
