    Went in to correct a mistake that a teller made and was treated the most rude way. Public service should have a prerequisite quality of being able to communicate without being rude. Before I could even disclose my issue I was cut off with smart remarks. I feel this young lady should not be on the counter line. I have banked with Truist even before they were Truist. I think some customer service training is due here.

    being told the security deposit check i received from my apartment had an empty account so the bank took back the entire full amount which left me in the negatives and they overdrafted me for that plus 3 $5 pending charges made before it was even known the money was taken back despite the check being approved and put into my account. I asked if at least the overdraft fee could be lifted but the manager blamed me repeatedly because of my doc appt and 3 other charges, saying, and I quote, "Well YOU deposited the check" as if it would be normal to assume Truist would approve a check and give me money from a frozen/blocked/empty account and I should have assumed they would do that to me while having no protections for me in place. Despite a truist represenative on the phone (after bank hours) from the night before PROMISING me I would not be overdrafted, feed, flagged, or otherwise penalized for this. They lie, go back on their word, insult you, blame their bs on you, do nothing to protect you, and then punish you after doing all of that. The worst company. I will be leaving truist permanently and never going back as soon as I get all of this sorted out ON MY OWN because Truist does not care about, nor will it help their customers, and will instead insult you and lie to you at every opportunity given.

    Kim and Monica the best very patient and professional always smiling even when the lines are very long they never show signs of overwhelmed highly recommend going when they are there they get the line down and care about the customers
