Unfortunately, even though I did nothing wrong in writing the checks (I'm an adult and I've written hundreds of checks in the past without any issues), Suntrust refused to reimburse me for the excess fees even though they were the ones who caused the problem. If I could give them zero stars I would. Please look elsewhere for a bank. If Suntrust was the last bank on earth I still wouldn't use them.
