    To whom it may concern my house payment has gone up for the last three years escrow short again. I wish I could get rid of this Bank. This is the worst Bank ever.

    I went by there thinking that the ATM was working when I saw they had made a branch and I went inside and this LITTLE MAN came up to me and asked “HOW DID YOU GET IN???” with an ATTITUDE!!! I was FURIOUS and asked him “HOW DO YOU THINK??? I WALKED IN!!! The door was UNLOCKED and I wouldn’t have just WALKED IN like that if it was locked!!! I must’ve came in when they were doing more construction because I had no idea it had become a BRANCH when it was a SUBWAY before anything!!! I know you can get BETTER SERVICE if you DON’T go to that branch and I seriously doubt if it stays a branch long!!!
