At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Absolutely the SLOWEST drive through I’ve ever experienced at any bank, ever.

This branch is a joke! Truist's Regional Management needs to take action to replace these people. Branch Mngmnt are blatanty, in-your-face LAZY. What does regional management say to their branch mngmt refusing to service customers by shuttering their drive-thru window & lobby ahead of closing time just so they can leave the bldg at EXACTLY 5pm. They act as if they're doing you a favor by doing their job. When the window is open, and there's no one other than you in the drive-through or inside, you're left waiting several minutes for someone to attend to you as they try to pretend you're not there. Can't tell you how many times we've been told to "you're free use the ATM". Unless changes are made, Truist is going to lose a client of 15 years. (Note: a bad review is not provided unless there are REPEAT offenses - this poor review is not because of just one bad experience.... its the outcome of multiple bad experiences by a long-term business client.)

Not sure what is going on with this branch… well I am pretty sure but I will leave people to read between the lines. This is now the 4th time I have been to this branch on a Friday to make a deposit and each time it is between 4:30 to 4:50(I understand they close at 5 but I work until 4:30). All of the windows say closed and when you try to go in the door it is either locked or someone tells you they are having “technical difficulties”. Then the staff is right out of the door at 5 to go home. Again read between the lines. I will keep coming here for convenience which is why I have a 2 instead of a 1.

I didn't get what I wanted or expected though Angie Blant helped me but Roth doesn't know anything. Seriously I don't like their service. This guy takes you first to open an account but then doesn't even respond u back. Provided all documents but couldn't make it.feel like been rejected.
