Unlike some people's Ex's, Truist is graceful on the way out.
I banked with them for 7 years since the end of highschool. Have multiple accounts. They did an appropriate amount of effort to try to retain me, but when it became clear that the relationship wouldn't work, they made closing my accounts and moving on a pleasant experience.
