Absolutely Horrible to deal with, I deposit money every month into my family account and never had to pay a fee. I've been banking with BB&T/Truist for over 26 years and never been treated with such disrespect. All over 10 dollars. I can't believe this one bank had a hard time depositing my money when I have been depositing the same amount every month for 5 years. I'm going to be respectful and not mention her name, but you know who you are. She was even coached by a seasoned manager from another location and was determined not to perform the transaction. It's sad you can't deposit cash anymore for the last 5 years, but to Not accept a withdrawal ticket to deposit into another account is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to pay 10 dollars to put money into a account at the same bank I bank with.
