I’m not only submitting a review based on several experiences I’ve had, but based on countless observations on the way they treat most people who enter their bank. I’ve had it and I’m taking my business elsewhere.

They say the lobby is open but it's still closed! Then when you tell them the hours say they are supposed to be open, you are greeted with "well we will let our manager know"!
