Im originally a Village Bank customer but I needed to complete a wire transfer and worked with Lisa Teixeira, Member Service Specialist. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The bank itself is beautiful—one of the nicest I’ve visited—but what really stood out was Lisa’s professionalism. She completed the transactions I needed quickly and followed up with an email to confirm they were done. I also asked her to take care of another matter on my account, and she emailed me the next day to confirm that was resolved as well. It’s clear that TowneBank truly values customer service—from the leadership down to the branch staff. I highly recommend this bank.
