Just one more reason I think I'm about ready to switch banks. The vibe ain't the same anymore new and changing faces combined with no location is open on Saturday at all is going to make it a easy decision compared to other banks nearby that are.

- CMC MummMar 20, 20211.0I WENT TO PICK UP A DEBIT CARD WHICH WAS ORDERED FOR ME. THE DAY ENDED IN A FIASCO. NOT ONLY WAS THERE A PROBLEM WITH THE CARD, COVID PROTOCOLS WERE NOT FOLLOWED HERE. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A MASK AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DOOR. NO ONE COULD STRAIGHTEN THE PROBLEM OUT. I WAS TOLD THAT THE BANK HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE CARD. NO ONE ASKED ME TO SIT DOWN. THE MANAGER TRIED TO MAN HANDLE ME WHICH UOSET THIS SENIOR, DISABLED AMERICAN. I HAVE WRITTEN EMAILS TO THE NEW OWNER OF THIS CHAIN PLUS SENT AN EMAIL TO THEIR HELP CENTER. NO ONE SAID I AM SORRY. NOTHING. LUCKILY I BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY I HAVE TANGENTIAL EVIDENCE THIS IS NOT HERE SAY. SADLY, I WANTED TO CONSIDER VCB FOR MANAGEMENT OF A TRUST. I AM DISMAYED AND SHOCKED SINCE I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER. THANK GOD FOR TRUIST!
