- RRRomero RAug 4, 20251.0I've been a customer since 2010. Today I went into this branch. The receptionist greeted the two men coming before me. Didn't look at me. The teller who eventually waited on me was nice. While she was waiting on the customer in front of me. There was an open counter. The young man looked at me and walked away. I have a very large salary coming soon. I will be switching banks. I've been in other locations. With similar experiences. This branch I'll never go inside. I've worked in customer service. That was awful.

It's a fairly newer Branch, but the ATM machine is DOWN at least once or twice a month. We have been with Union Bank, which was great, until they became Atlantic Union Bank. We are in the process of changing Banks !! 🤬
