  Jo Anne Mills is a joke. So rude. Don't bank with this institution. They are horrible! They don't listen, don't care, take away access to your money because they want to go, without reason. Disgusting people

  I am an attorney. In the over 30 years that my law firm has been in business, this is the worst bank that we have ever dealt with. Suggestion: put your money in a mattress...not with the Atlantic Union Bank.

  Been a customer for a little over a year with Atlantic Union and I cannot wait for Monday to hit because I want to close out my account I cannot stand this bank they are absolute rubbish beyond shadow of a doubt. Atlantic Union is everything that is wrong with the antiquated banking system this country uses when we have tech and can send things via email Atlantic Union is the equivalent of the pony Express, they have terrible and rude customer service Representatives, fees for everything you get no help get no response all I want to do is charge you whatever they can charge to get money out of your account so they can put it in your pocket and a big screw you to the customer. It is painfully slow to do any type of transaction with this Bank it is beyond ridiculous. They should either step into the 21st century or just close their doors there is no excuse for how slow they operate. Can't wait to see this bank fold like a cheap suit.

  Worst bank ever to have a loan through. They make extremely difficult to make a payment unless you have other accounts like a checking or savings account with them. I would not recommend them for anything. Their customer service representatives are worthless and can't do anything. They suggest you go into a branch office. Which in my case isn't possible because the closest one is over 6 hours away. They refuse to help past that even when I followed all of their walk throughs. They are garbage. They even suggested I wait until it goes to collections before I can make a payment. Not sure how they are even allowed to operate with such shady and corrupt business practices.

  I have been with this bank since they were a small bank inside UKrops. It used to be a personable helpful bank. No longer. The branches are poorly staffed and most are only open M-F 9-5. When customer service is needed, they are not helpful but rude. This is the remark that I received today when asking why I was charged a fee every day even after I had already paid off my overdraft protection. "Every day there is interest on the loan, I believe. You could contact the local branch and they would be able to explain it better. I'm not a financial consultant and how the lines of credit work." Ann Snarky answers are not appreciated. I am looking for a new bank.
