I showed up to today after visiting for a third time and after calling and verifying they were open and available. Only for the branch manager to completely ignore me and send his coworker to to inform me that he had an appointment in 45 minutes so he would not be able to see me. Again, I had already called and said I was on my way. He then proceeded to lie and say he called me but when I said where is the message he claimed he didn’t leave one. Worst experience I have had in a long time. Do yourself a favor avoid this bank

I attempted to cash a check and received a whole bunch of run around and one moments and i need to check one more thing excuses.....when in reality they just didn't know what they were doing. I am VERY disappointed!
