I was at this Citibank branch for some inquiry, sitting at the waiting area and Miss Farah Ben Yedder who is the Personal Banker at this branch, approached me. She was very professional in answering my banking questions as well as providing me with all the necessary documents. Her attitude, and kindness, make me feel very comfortable and happy. I am a 69 years old who dealt with so many other branches of this and other banks in different parts of the world and surely, Miss Yedder was the best. I hope that Citibank will have more professional and good mannered employees such as her. God Bless and more power.
Yesterday I was at Citibank to Update and activate my ATM card and again Miss Farah Ben Yedder who I had an appointment with, did a perfect job updating all my old information in the bank system, such as address, phone number, Email & Etc. I was thinking, how come many times I was at the Citibank for different reasons and no one noticed or questioned to update my information and just Miss Yedder was the one noticed and did all the changes? Means she knows her job well. I hope that Citibank will hire more professional as her. Thanks Miss Yedder and more power to you and Citibank

Signed up for a checking account on Oct 6th, and was told I could ‘sign up for online banking the same day’ using provided account info. This info did not work online (1-800 customer service line was not able to assist, saying that there was no account info available, and ‘you need to work with the branch’) - After a full month, never received an ATM bank card, had to make several withdrawals using my drivers ID and SSN. Customer service was fine, but if you need an account set up ‘within 7-10 business days’ as I was told, you should try with a different bank. Not sure if it was just this branch that did not complete necessary paperwork, or if it was the central bank that never sent ATM card. Either way I had no way of completing my sign up or seeing account balance without visiting in person. I closed the account last week due to poor communication, inexperience and/or incorrect information.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your Reston Spectrum branch Reston VA, branch involving the Branch Manager, Mr. Vincent Frank.
After being advised by your customer service team to speak directly with the local branch manager regarding an issue with my account, I approached Mr. Frank in hopes of receiving assistance. Unfortunately, he was dismissive and unwilling to engage in any conversation. His exact response was that he "hires people to help" and "can’t do anything" because he has "other work."
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also showed a complete lack of empathy and accountability. I’ve never encountered such treatment in any professional setting, and it was especially disheartening coming from someone in a managerial position, representing your brand.
In contrast, a Roxanna staff member was polite and tried her best to assist me week before, although the matter was beyond her control. I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism.
I understand that not every issue can be resolved immediately, but I do expect basic courtesy and a willingness to listen—especially from a branch manager. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider providing additional training in customer service and communication to Mr. Frank.
