- KLKelley LinkousNov 17, 20254.0I like my bank and the people that work there are great, friendly and welcoming but one thing I HATE, when I opened my account 3 years ago, I was told that any deposit would be immediately available. I have deposited 2 checks and was told both times that there was a 5 day hold on them. I was given immediate access to about a 1/4 of the amount, the rest in 5 days. I understand the amount of fraud and stuff these days but don't lie to your customers. Poor people like me need their money now not later.
