Received a 10 day pay off from Wells Fargo, went to my bank and got a check. Walked ACROSS the street and paid Wells Fargo. Got a Receipt, paid in full! The branch took multiple days to process the check, then receive payment from my bank. The whole time, they kept charging interest on the loan and my refunded (overpayment) amount dwindled to almost nothing. A bank that does this policy to everyone...makes allot of profit. The bank said they didn't have enough money at the bank to cash his check on Friday afternoon.Plenty of funds in the account. I find that impossible to believe. He is of Hispanic decent. My only conclusion is that they racially discrimated against him! I know as a white American ,they would of cashed the check for me. Racist bank!!
