I suggest, if you can, to bank with someone like Navy federal. I wish I closed my account with C&F years ago. I dislike them so much, I rather waste my time writing a review about how unprofessional they are. At one point the woman who called to discuss the account I do not use suggested "have you thought about talking to your dad about this?". Those are not the type of suggestions that should be made. SUPER unprofessional and boarder line embarrassing to the company to allow this to occur. Oh but I forgot, they make money from Nickle and diming private citizens.
