Well, I have a custom card with a picture of my recently passed pitbull, Harley. She was everything to me. I was so worried that my replacement card was going to just be a generic card, but Wells Fargo surprised me by sending me a new card with her picture on it. It genuinely means the world to me and I'm super thankful. With all that being said, thank you Wells Fargo for being so amazing. Customer service at it's finest.
