- LLLJApr 10, 20241.0Helped my grandson open first account. Now he cannot access until he gets the debit card. Was never told that. Only told the card may take 7-10 business days to arrive. When he went back to find some way to access his funds..NO WAY until card arrives and was then told it would probably be closer to a month. Who takes your money and then denies total access in person or digital? Why would anyone want to bank with them. Will be changing banks as soon as possible. What a scam.

They canceled the appointment and never called to make sure that I received the email cancellation. I was at work all day. No access to email. The manager and the other employee wanted to explain why it was my fault why I didn’t see the notification until finally was told the person that I was supposed to meet called out sick. That’s understandable but they made it out like it was my problem. I have been a customer for 30 years. I will be changing. Going back to a small bank where the priority is relationships.
