I called customer service they were no help. The customer service for attempted to get me off the phone immediately before really allowing me to tell him the issue I was having. He told me that there was no problem on their end. Nevertheless, the online message was that there was a problem on their end. He did not take any of my information. It feels like he put me on hold and came back. I’m extremely disappointed because I really wanted an account with this particular company. But if this is the service I get, I’m having
