- JFJames “Santiago” FieldsDec 8, 20255.0I’ve been cashing my check here for a few years with Ms. Laverna and other amazing reps and I have to say the entire staff, locally and including reps from others like Shone’ from Newport News I believe, who come through every so often to “sub”, is filled to the brim with not only hard-working professionals, but very quick, yet efficient employees, humble and sweet personalities, detail-oriented people who ensure my privacy when I’m at the window as well as whoever else is there! I play bass at church and typically cash my check there every Monday morning before work and I have had a ton of great experiences every time, including assisting with a new lady’s training when she looked up my check history and account for verification and almost misquoted me too much before I let her know my fee was normally higher and made sure she understood I told her from a place of integrity and also because I would be returning next week and that could’ve turned out bad for the both of us! lol But again, her mentor was patient and helpful with her and simply allowed her to go through the whole transaction because I happened to be her very first customer but knew I was just as patient! I was with another cash checking location for years, long enough to where I paid the minimum fee there, but then they all closed in this area and I found this location. I have been perfectly content ever since, cashed my check this morning as a matter of fact, and look forward to coming back next week! Great work yall and see you Monday!!

I've been with y'all for about a year and a half and I've seen your employees come and go and she trains them she always has a friendly face in front of the attitude very helpful even with stubborn or hard to get along with customers that shouldn't be cashing checks anyway she's always very polite and understanding and does what she can do to get the job done and everybody feels serviced and satisfied. I came in when there was a line and the other employee was struggling and she's bouncing from that glass helping her to her job to bouncing back to hers and she's having three people at a time I mean she just really knows her job and she's always the most polite and lady like in studio as you can be I mean it's a fresh present air to see somebody take this much pride into work I just want to go to know what an employee yao have.
