I went to this branch for the first time on 11/4/25. I was informed that they could not cash my checks that had both my husband's name and my name on them. We have had joint accounts with Truist since 2008. I left and went to another branch and cashed them with no issues . The teller helping me was a brown skinned woman with a curly ponytail . And I should add that she told me no before she even pulled up my account. This is not good customer service. All branches should be able to provide the same service to their customers across the board and equally. Poquoson, please do better.

Was in the area for a few weeks and had to stop by the branch a few times. All the workers are extremely friendly and courteous. I do feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with the people of poquoson. Never have I seen so many unpleasant and mean people. This Truist is the only bright spot in this sad sad area with these disgusting people.

Michelle is THE WORST. So rude. Disrespectful. Doesn’t acknowledge you when you’re standing right in front of her. We avoid this bank at all costs that is 2 seconds from the house bc of this lady. The absolute worst attitude.
