We met at her office in Poquoson and had a thorough conversation about my goals, investment experience and expectations. This was very important to me because my previous advisor was just selling me and not listening to me. Stephanie listened to my needs and created a personalized strategy. She made it very clear that the best way to be successful is to communicate with each other. We meet once a year for an annual review, but during the year she will contact me about potential opportunities that could enhance my portfolio. I am so grateful to have met her. We drove out of our way because we were referred here and don't even get the common decency of a phone call to let us know that they won't be in the office for our APPOINTMENT. Spoke to Stephanie DIRECTLY YESTERDAY to set this up and STILL got the short end of the stick. Thanks for nothing!
