I banked with them over 35+ years, since it merged and became Truist the service has went to almost nothing, tellers seem like they can't do the job they're hired to do and God forbid if you have to call the customer service number for something, they're pretty much not allowed to do anything and you can barely understand what the person says.

The powers that be truly need to review their camera footage to see how slow and impersonal the staff is. There is not a time durning any given day that this branch is not slow. It should not take 20 minutes after you reach the window to make a deposit. The employees of this branch simply do not value the customers time. If time allowed I would go to any other branch then this one.
