At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Truist, as a whole, is just a garbage. I used to wonder why CU were better than banks, and now I see why. So I get a letter to stop by a branch, to get a temporary card, yet I go inside and told I can't get a temp because of my previous one getting destroyed. Thanks a lot for not being helpful or useful. Stick with credit unions. Banks live up to their despicable namesake.

This is my favorite bank. They are close to my home. They have a notary always available. Friendly day tellers. Very clean place. Checking and savings accounts for customers and they're free. Great place to get a loan or finance a home or car.
