Granted , with all that goes on , we should have been smart enough to bring our ID but my wife forgot! If Hannah would have reminded her , I think that would help! I would encourage better training from the branch manager! She appeared to be very uninterested in helping us! I hate to admit it but as a senior citizen, we need a little more help! Just not a good place for seniors! I do apologize for my frustration! I am writing this review to encourage more help from this branch manager and their staff! Also , Renee is very difficult to communicate with! She is more concerned about what is posted on social media than helping the customer!
