  My husband went into the bank to handle a check deposit that wasn’t going through AFTER it’s already been on hold for a week. (Standard hold so we had no issues with that). He left work early, had talked to customer service on the phone and was told all he had to do was go into the bank and the so called manager had to handle it, what does she say “ I don’t remove holds in my bank.” We still aren’t being offered a solution for this issue and honestly the manager at this bank shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t do her job. We are very dissatisfied and unhappy with this bank.

  One customer in the bank. I walked in makes two. One teller helping the customer in front of me. Two walking around. One sitting at the drive-thru with no customers the whole time I was standing in there for 25 minutes.

  Wellsfargo is by far the worst bank I have used in the last 64 years. The bankers in Orange Brach are super friendly and helpful but it is the higher management of WF that has mental problems and short comings. They lie to their customers, they cheat the goverment, they never help you when you need help. They have left me without help in Colombia and after asking for forgiveness and giving me promise that they will never leave me without help in another country, today in Venezuela they refused to help me transfer a miserly $380 from my account to another account holder and created a very dangerous situation for me in a country that loves to put Americans in jail for any reason at all.Basicaly they SUCK.!and I do not recommend the. To anyone.

  Went cash savings bonds and told that I had to make an appointment for more then one and that they could only do up to 5 at a time per appointment. I was disgruntled at this seeing that I have been with them since I have had a checking account. Called the Wells Fargo in Culpeper and was told that I didn't need an appointment and they could do as many as I had in one time and what the Orange, Va branch told me was not true. I am very disappointed in this branch seeing that they lied to my face because they are too understaffed and lazy.
