I’ve done all my other accounts in banks and other companies within minutes and I don’t understand why this is such a problem here. When we arrived they turned my mom away bc she didn’t have the new address listed on her lisence. Of course not, we just moved and are in the process of changing everything over. The lady was rude and didn’t help and we went there for nothing. Had I been able to get through over the phone maybe someone could’ve warned me and not wasted so much time. I called a different branch that said they could change it. Over all VERY displeased.
