    Today Truist Customer services department - on 2941 Chain Bridge Rd, Oakton, VA 22124 could not provide advice, updates by phone on the customer's account regarding international wire transfers. More trainings advised.

    Terrible Customer service! I was stuck on their automated system several times. I ended up taking my mom in person to simply change the address on the account. I’ve done all my other accounts in banks and other companies within minutes and I don’t understand why this is such a problem here. When we arrived they turned my mom away bc she didn’t have the new address listed on her lisence. Of course not, we just moved and are in the process of changing everything over. The lady was rude and didn’t help and we went there for nothing. Had I been able to get through over the phone maybe someone could’ve warned me and not wasted so much time. I called a different branch that said they could change it. Over all VERY displeased.
