- GAGrace AJan 17, 20251.0Beware of this branch. I recently withdrew money from my account as cash and they were short by 1K. The teller showed me after the fact what was counted by the machine but who’s to say she just put it at the output part of the dispenser. The other lady acknowledged while the teller was counting so great distraction. Lesson learned machine counted or not, double, triple count that cash yourself on site in front of them before leaving to confirm. Take your time and just count it. Esp if they say they’re giving you smaller bills (making the count more tedious) bc they don’t have large bills. I didn’t think I need to but lesson learned, in the future just confirm your cash withdrawals yourself before leaving.
