- MSMARK SJul 1, 20221.0Called this location this morning, spoke with Sherman. Asked about opening an account if I needed an appointment or if I could come in. He acted like it was an issue and did not want to help. He placed me on hold and came back and said yes I would have to make an appointment. I said ok lets make the appointment. He sighed and said well you can just go online to do it. I asked if I can do it on the phone with him and again he sighed very loudly and said ok yeah guess. The call was then disconnected!!! 100% the worse customer service experience I have ever had with this bank.

She screamed at my mom because my mom didn’t understand what she was trying to say and she is giving all her client attitude. She is also very aggressive and isn’t a really nice person. I didn’t get her name but he has curly black hair!
