- BDBarbara D'AmicoJun 6, 20231.0My husband and I went into this branch this afternoon at 3:30; there was only one other customer being helped by a representative. We were told we needed an appt; we asked if we could wait to see either manager or desk representative. Manager indicated that the representative leaves at 4:15 and it was 3:30. She also said that our request to ensure that both our names were on the checking account that my husband opened in 1992 could not be completed by her as it was not her job. Please keep in mind that this was Brandy Ramsey who told us she was the manager. The overall attitude of the teller as well as manager was that they weren't there for the customer; they had better things to do. I noted that the branch will close in July. I can see why.
