- NCNereida ColonApr 23, 20251.0I went today for currency exchange that I have made the transaction online and I went only for pick up. First I waited in the line over 15 minutes being the only client. I went to the auto service instead since the employee declined to provide me service. My transaction couldn't be completed in the auto service, went back inside and I saw the person that went after me leaving the branch. When I was getting my currency the employee and myself we have some discrepancies in the currency but we were both relaxed on calming voices and both of us trying to understand, when the manager came and asked the employee if she was okay giving me a weird look. They make me feel awful and discriminated.
