The customer service is consistently disappointing, from the moment you walk in. The staff is unwelcoming, unhelpful, and constantly giving excuses about needing appointments—even when most employees are clearly unoccupied and not attending to any customers. This has happened to me not once, but at least five times. Every time I’ve come here, I’m turned away with some excuse about being “too busy” or “fully booked,” which is hard to believe considering the branch is nearly empty. It’s a clear lack of willingness to serve walk-in clients. Additionally, the exterior is dirty, neglected, and gives a terrible first impression. If you’re a busy person looking to get banking done efficiently, I strongly advise you not to waste your time at this branch.
