- BGBrittney GlennNov 4, 20251.0If you have multiple deposits with loose coins they will make you combine your deposits and roll the coins before accepting them. This is a huge problem though because now the company I work for expects a certain amount from each deposit to go into the account but I had to change every deposit amount at this bank for them to accept it. I use multiple Truists locations in Richmond and this is the only one that has ever made me do this. Once I finished I asked how the remainder that couldn't be rolled is supposed to be deposited since they don't accept loose coins and then I was told they will have at accept it. Why couldn't that be the case before my deposits were all mixed up?
