I’ve had a lot of unexpected life events and recently when I walked into my local branch I was struggling and almost on the verge of tears. Jess was amazing. She was so kind. She exuded warmth. I felt cared for. Something as simple as a bank transaction became therapeutic. They provide a personalized banking community. They know your name when you walk in. Something you will never get at a large impersonal bank. I agree with Dave Ramsey when he says find a small local bank. In my case, Blue Ridge cared when I needed it most.
