After waiting 30 minutes inside the bank no one greeted or ask how they could help me even though I made sure the rep did see us before we sat down. Long story short, after totally ignoring us, kindly told us the bank was closed and showed us to the door!! 😡 He had the nerve to point to his watch stating they were close!! By the way I have been a member of Wells Fargo for more than 30 years!! Never, ever, experience this type of service at my branch in Chesapeake Greenbrier.

Every time I have an issue to address, I receive 20 different call transfers, and I have to retell my issue to each department. I've made these calls at home and with a Wells Fargo employee in their office. It feels like the company is too big and not worth the hassle anymore. I prefer my local banks and credit unions.

No acknowledgement when I walked in (was in work clothes so felt judged). I have a personal account that I will now be closing. Had the minimum 2500 to deposit, guess my business is going somewhere else.
