- CLCarole LairdJul 7, 20251.0My husband and I went to make a deposit on Saturday, July 5 2025. Inside not open, and at least 12 cars deep in drive-thru so we left. I went back on Monday. 1 teller in the drive-thru - I waited at least 5 minutes so I went inside. 2 tellers on duty out of 5 windows. At least 8 people in front of me. I don't understand, especially the Monday after a holiday why there was so little staff to handle transactions. It is usually not a great experience at this branch, so we will often go out of our way to go to a different branch if we have to actually have to go to a branch. I avoid going if at all possible. The "manager" did not seem to care at all that it was so backed up. I live about 3 minutes away, but a simple deposit took me 40 minutes. Also, why are people with complicated transactions and large business transactions allowed to go through the drive through. I have been a customer through many years and several bank name changes, but I have about reached my limit. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They said they can't get their safe open, and aren't allowing anyone inside. I'm here to discuss my deceased father's accounts and pay the mortgage. The next day I have off the July 10th. I see why this bank has less than a 2 star rating.
