They charge $8 per check to cash for a non member. For that reason only, i will never be a member.

My husband and I went to make a deposit on Saturday, July 5 2025. Inside not open, and at least 12 cars deep in drive-thru so we left. I went back on Monday. 1 teller in the drive-thru - I waited at least 5 minutes so I went inside. 2 tellers on duty out of 5 windows. At least 8 people in front of me. I don't understand, especially the Monday after a holiday why there was so little staff to handle transactions. It is usually not a great experience at this branch, so we will often go out of our way to go to a different branch if we have to actually have to go to a branch. I avoid going if at all possible. The "manager" did not seem to care at all that it was so backed up. I live about 3 minutes away, but a simple deposit took me 40 minutes. Also, why are people with complicated transactions and large business transactions allowed to go through the drive through. I have been a customer through many years and several bank name changes, but I have about reached my limit. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Made an appointment July 3rd for July 5th at 9am. I got here at 8:45, it is now 10:15am and I'm STILL WAITING IN THE PARKING LOT..... They said they can't get their safe open, and aren't allowing anyone inside. I'm here to discuss my deceased father's accounts and pay the mortgage. The next day I have off the July 10th. I see why this bank has less than a 2 star rating.

Very very slow. I know they just merged over but the way they work here is so slow. Especially drive thru. They need to hire better people.
