- NMNicole McConnellSep 3, 20251.0If I could give this Truist bank zero stars I would. I have had BBT/Truist for 15 years and this location is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I went to close out my account, withdrew the money in my account. Got a close out slip, and was told my account was closed as well as had a receipt showing this. Only for the receptionist to not inform me they would allow my account to be reopened if a subscription service made a charge on it. (Yes you read that right-- a closed and shut down card was allowed to be reopened without my knowledge) Long story short they sent me to collections and my credit score took a 50 point dive. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE. HOURS AND HOURS OF WASTED TIME.
