- DDDexter DavisDec 24, 20255.0I had an excellent experience at the Langley branch on Hampton Boulevard today. Even though my appointment was scheduled for later in the afternoon, I arrived early and was seen within five minutes of checking in. The customer service at this location was outstanding. Lauren was exceptional to work with. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my financial goals, how I currently use my accounts, and what I’m looking to build long term. She clearly explained the differences between Langley’s products and gave genuine recommendations based on what made the most sense for me. At no point did I feel like I was being sold to. Instead, it felt like someone was truly advocating for my best financial options. We discussed personal and business accounts, savings, and even future investment opportunities. I really appreciated having someone walk alongside me in my financial journey. Highly recommend working with Lauren if you’re looking for knowledgeable, thoughtful, and authentic service.
