I walked into her office she was very dry, I couldn't hear her name when she introduced herself and her energy was definitely off. Needless to say we left bc we didn't feel confident with our service.

And anymore, when you call, someone's barely understanding English and clearly reading from a script. They used to be so good but it's just not the case anymore.
