- MBMaria BaysmoreAug 8, 20251.0Do not do business with them. Checked account saw there was a overdraft fee. Added funds and a little extra just to have there. Checked account again another fee pending but get this it wasn't put there until after I added funds. I called to find out why their explanation was if I've used my card on something previously they would approve it again the next time whether the account is funded or not. I asked how was this the case where is the consumers protection when it came to their financial health. I told her I don't ever authorize my account to be overdrafted especially because I only fund it when I'm paying bills or playing one of my online games. Mind you I've never had an overdraft fee in the 4 years ive had them now all of a sudden I'm paying at least one a month because I didn't realize there was something linked to my account that was constantly pulling money and because I didn't catch it the first time this fee was now considered an authorized overdraft no matter what. Thank God this is only my bill account I'll be using my Bayport account moving forward.

The other two tellers (I think his name is Romel and a female...they are 1st 2 counters) are top notch. I don't know the 3rd woman's name. She yelled out "WHATEVER" to me as I said she's always a problem when I go in there. I spoke to the manager who was also...iffy. TERRIBLE customer service from them. I told them this is a BANK not the corner store. Ridiculous

- TAThea ArtisNov 27, 20181.0Terrible bank. They have very few locations, and none locally have Saturday hours. Then they closed the 1 that was convenient. I never got any checks. It took forever to get my debit card and then it didn't work. Then they wanted to charge a $25 fee to close the account. When I went in to close my account, an employee had my working debit card just sitting there. I had been waiting for it for months, and they just had it sitting there. They claim they called me, but I never got a message. And if they did, call they obviously never called again.
