- JJJojo6 days ago1.0Extremely rude and unprofessional staff waited in line for 15 minutes, just for them to laugh at me and tell me that they cannot take my deposit because I have too many. I work at a business and we do weekly deposits. I tried to ask questions regarding how I could do the dropbox deposit and they would not help me. They just pushed me to the side. Told me to get back in line if I needed further help. This is not the first time something like this has happened the first time. I just figured it was busy and they were shortstaffed, but for this to happen on more than one occasion at the same location is unacceptable.

I was so impressed with her gentle, respectful manner. She is truly rare and appreciated for her authentic graciousness. She also didn't make me have to fill out forms which I appreciate as I have wrist pain and writing is challenging.
