- JJJojoNov 18, 20251.0Extremely rude and unprofessional staff waited in line for 15 minutes, just for them to laugh at me and tell me that they cannot take my deposit because I have too many. I work at a business and we do weekly deposits. I tried to ask questions regarding how I could do the dropbox deposit and they would not help me. They just pushed me to the side. Told me to get back in line if I needed further help. This is not the first time something like this has happened the first time. I just figured it was busy and they were shortstaffed, but for this to happen on more than one occasion at the same location is unacceptable.

I set up an appointment but the original banker handling me ran over time with her previous customer. The staff was accommodating and fit me in with someone else pretty quickly. My personal banker, Emma Chinen, was the absolute best to work with! She was friendly, courteous and professional and went above and beyond to help with all the questions I had. I also needed to apply for a new credit card, ask about balance transfers and cash some bonds, all of which she swiftly helped me with. Definitely recommend her.
