I come here to get money for my store almost every morning, and I watch while the tellers try their hardest to accommodate everyone in the drive thru, while also handling lines inside. Particularly Evie & Sashi who are always smiling, always polite and always doing their best. This morning I watched a woman berate Sashi for not being fast enough for her and it was awful to see. But as usual, Sashi continued with a smile on her face and kept going. I'll continue to go out of my way to come to this specific branch just for her customer service!

Branch is chronically understaffed. My favorite case was when one of the bankers looked at a long line, asked if anyone needed a banker, and then went back to their desk. Or when the manager let the trainee flounder with a currency exchange. Or when someone seems to just be standing around while there's a line. Or...
I want to give a star for the fine people working here, but it's just such a chronic mess that I can't justify that. Sorry guys- your managers just stink!

Only one teller working on a commercial account... Had to wait at least 12 minutes. Walked out the door. Poor management. This bank needs to close down.
