- PGPamela GamacheAug 7, 20255.0I needed an insurance check to be endorsed by Truist. This branch was wonderful! The women at the teller line immediately greeted me when I entered and were very friendly and helpful! The manager, Darnell Cross, was so very professional and efficient! He progressed through the process in an orderly and logical fashion, speaking to contacts at the insurance firm and completing the process in about 30 minutes! I had to return once more and, again, he did his best to assist me in solving the next problem that arose, to a successful conclusion! I did return to the branch later in the week and spoke with Desiree Phillips (upper management) to share with her the positive experience I had with her employees. I found her to be just as amazing! What an awesome experience with Truist bank!
